Skinny Mocha Trifle
This is a lightened up, easy, no bake, WW friendly dessert that is a perfect make ahead dessert for any occasion!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 cup Water, boiling
1 1⁄3Tbsp Instant espresso powder
4 Tbsp Heath Toffee Bits, Milk Chocolate
7 1⁄2 oz Angel Food cake, prepared. ( I used Bakery Fresh Goodness Sour cream angel food cake)
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
1 1⁄2 oz Fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1⁄2 cups Plain unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
In a cup, combine boiling water and espresso powder until dissolved; allow to cool.
Cover bottom of a 2-quart rectangular dish with half of cake cubes; drizzle with 1/2 cup espresso.
Spoon 1 cup pudding over top in an even layer; spread 1/2 whipped topping over pudding.
Top with remaining cake cubes; drizzle with remaining 1/2 cup espresso.
Spread remaining 1 cup pudding over top; top with remaining 1/2 whipped topping and sprinkle with candy bits.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, overnight is even better!
