SKINNY Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฅœ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿž

This banana bread recipe is a chocolate peanut butter twist on my favorite lightened or skinny version of banana bread. It is easy, delicious, low point and full of chocolatey peanut butter flavor that will hit the spot if you are craving chocolate!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 1โ„2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1โ„2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup cocoa

  • 3/4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 3 medium Bananas, mashed

  • 1 large Egg

  • 3/4 cup monkfruit sweetener(or sweetener of your choice)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 48 gms - 3 servings) PBfit and 5 Tbsp water

  • 2 oz chips

  • cooking spray

  • For the Peanut butter drizzle:

  • 16 g- 1 serving Pbfit and 2-3 Tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, add in flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix together.

  2. In another medium bowl or mixer, add and mash bananas.

  3. Add in yogurt, egg, sweetener, vanilla, and coconut oil and mix together until well combined.

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients into banana mixture and mix until just combined.

  5. Fold in chips.

  6. Spray a bread pan with cooking spray and pour in batter.

  7. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

  8. Baking times will vary depending on oven, elevation, etc.

  9. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10-15 minutes before removing and slicing.

  10. While bread is cooling, mix together remaining PBfit and water.

  11. Drizzle over bread.

  12. Enjoy!
