Skinny Christmas Cranberry Bread
I decided to lighten up one of my favorite Christmas recipes that I make every year, to make it more WW friendly! The sweet bread and golden raisins mixed with the tart cranberries make this bread so delicious!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups White self-rising flour
4 Tbsp light butter spread (I use Brummel & Brown Spread)
2 large Eggs
1⁄2 cup Fresh orange juice
1⁄2 cup Great Value Light vanilla flavor Greek nonfat yogurt
3⁄4 cup Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener
1 tsp Orange zest
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Fresh cranberries, chopped
1⁄2 cup Golden seedless raisins
Instructions:
Mix together flour and butter spread.
Mix in eggs, yogurt, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla, until well incorporated.
Fold in cranberries and raisins.
Pour into prepared bread pan and bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes..
