Easy Gingerbread Lightened up

This lightened up, easy gingerbread comes together in minutes and is delicious!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄2 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 1⁄2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1⁄2 tsp Baking soda

  • 1 1⁄4 tsp Ground ginger

  • 1⁄2 tspGround cinnamon

  • 1⁄4 tsp Ground cloves

  • 1⁄2 tsp Table salt

  • 4 Tbsp (1/4 cup) melted light butter spread (I use Brummel & Brown)

  • 1⁄4 cup Truvia Natural sweetener with brown sugar blend

  • 1⁄2 cup Low-fat buttermilk

  • 1⁄3 cup Molasses

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 large Egg

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Mix all remaining ingredients together until incorporated.

  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet.

  4. Pour batter into prepared 9X9 cake pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
