No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie
Easy no-bake light and delicious strawberry cream pie!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
123 gm, 7 full sheets Honey Maid Low Fat Honey Grahams
3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt, melted
1 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic (you can use more if you like a sweeter crust)
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
4 cups, fresh Strawberries
Water 2/3 cup very hot, almost boiling, 1/2 cup cold, 1/2 cup ice cubs
1 package (.3 ounce) Jell-O Strawberry sugar free low calorie gelatin dessert
Instructions:
To make the crust, place graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor if you want.
Add graham cracker crumbs to a bowl along with the Monkfruit and melted butter spread.
Mix until well combined.
Press crust mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and place in refrigerator while you make the rest of the pie.
For the filling, stir hot water and jello together in a large bowl, until jello is fully dissolved.
Then add in cold water and ice cubes and stir until it starts to slightly thicken.
Then let sit for a few minutes.
Fold in whipped topping and then stir in strawberries.
Refrigerate for about 45 minutes.
Pour filling in crust and refrigerate for at least 5 or 6 hours, overnight is even better.
