NO-BAKE Pumpkin Protein Energy Bites🎃🍫🥥

These easy Pumpkin Protein Bites are a Perfect Fall-flavored, energy boosting snack! They are gluten-free, nut free and filled with cozy spice.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2 scoops (63g) Isopure Zero Carb Simply vanilla protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice (my homemade pumpkin pie spice)

  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling!

  • 1/3 cup pure lakanto maple syrup

  • 70 g lily's chocolate chips

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup flaxseed

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.

  3. Once chilled, roll into balls and keep in fridge for up to a week or freeze.

  4. Enjoy!
