Light Spring or Summer time flavored fluff!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 1% low fat cottage cheese

  • Orange sugar free low calorie gelatin dessert - 2 package(s), .3 oz packages or 1 - .6 oz package

  • 16 oz Canned mandarin oranges in juice, well drained

  • 20 oz Canned crushed pineapple in juice, well drained

  • 8 oz Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping

  • 1 3⁄4 cup Mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, add in cottage cheese and gelatin powder and mix until gelatin is dissolved.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients, reserving a few mandarin orange segments for garnish, and fold in until well combined.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, before serving.

  4. This salad lasts several days refrigerated, but may start watering down after 2 or 3 days.

  5. Enjoy!
