Ice Cream Sandwiches
If you are looking for a quick and easy light dessert, these Ice cream sandwich come together in minutes!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
8 Pizzelle cookies
2 Healthy Choice fudge bars
fruit of your choice. I did a banana, sliced and about 1 cup of sliced strawberries.
Instructions:
Defrost fudge bars for about 2 minutes then cut in half equally and place each half on a cookie.
Gently press down fudge bar to cover the surface of the cookie. T
op with fruit and lightly press down remaining cookies.
Freeze or eat right away.
Enjoy!
