Ice Box Cake

This delicious easy ice box cake uses fudge bars along with fruit and graham crackers and whipped topping, for a no bake dessert that comes together in minutes!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 4 Healthy Choice fudge bars

  • 8 oz fat free whipped topping

  • 6 sheets of reduced fat graham crackers

  • 1 banana sliced

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

Instructions:

  1. Line bread pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang to act as handles.

  2. Place 3 sheets of graham crackers in the bottom.

  3. Top with 1/2 of the whipped topping.

  4. Remove sticks from fudge bars that have defrosted slightly and place bars on top of whipped topping.

  5. Cover with bananas and about 1 cup of the frozen berries.

  6. Top with remaining graham crackers, slightly pushing down.

  7. Put remaining whipped topping on graham crackers and sprinkle with remaining berries.

  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.

  9. Enjoy!
