💫EASY NO-BAKE💫 Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Pie🍫🍬🥧🎄

This easy, no bake pie has a sweet and creamy cheesecake filling with bits of peppermint that is combined with chocolate pudding and whipped topping, all on a graham cracker crust. This festive pie makes a perfect Christmas holiday treat!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 7 Full Graham crackers (109 g)

  • 3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt

  • 2 tsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol

  • 12 mini peppermint candy canes, crushed (52g)

  • 8 oz Low fat cream cheese- softened

  • 1⁄2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, powdered

  • 8 oz (1 tub) fat free whipped topping

  • 1 package (1.4oz)Fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

  • 1 tsp Peppermint extract

Instructions:

  1. To make the crust, crush up grahams and mix with melted Brummel and Brown and 2 tsp granulated sweetener.

  2. Press into pie pan and refrigerate while making filling.

  3. For the cream cheese layer, combine cream cheese, peppermint extract and powdered sugar substitute until creamy.

  4. Mix in most of the crushed peppermints, reserving some to top with.

  5. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.

  6. Spread on top of crust in pan. mix together milk and pudding mixes until smooth. I do this in a blender to get the best result.

  7. Let set for 5-10 minutes.

  8. Pour and smooth over cream cheese layer.

  9. Top with remaining whipped topping.

  10. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

  11. When ready to serve, sprinkle with remaining candy cane.

  12. Enjoy!
