Summertime Strawberry Dessert

This Strawberry Dessert is perfect for summertime and is Weight Watcher friendly! It has a great cheesecake flavor without all the calories, fat and guilt of cheesecake!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced

  • 1 package sugar free, fat free cheesecake flavored pudding mix

  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 8 oz container fat free whipped topping, slightly defrosted (Cool whip brand)

  • 116 grams or 4 servings of low fat wafer cookies (I used the Kroger brand)

Instructions:

  1. Mix together yogurt and pudding mix until smooth, fold in whipped topping until well incorporated.

  2. Layer half of the wafer cookies on the bottom of a 8X8 pan.

  3. Pour half of the pudding mixture over cookies and spread evenly.

  4. Layer with strawberry slices.

  5. Repeat steps with remaining ingredients.

  6. Let cool in refrigerator for around 4 hours before eating.
