Summertime Strawberry Dessert
This Strawberry Dessert is perfect for summertime and is Weight Watcher friendly! It has a great cheesecake flavor without all the calories, fat and guilt of cheesecake!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 package sugar free, fat free cheesecake flavored pudding mix
1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 8 oz container fat free whipped topping, slightly defrosted (Cool whip brand)
116 grams or 4 servings of low fat wafer cookies (I used the Kroger brand)
Instructions:
Mix together yogurt and pudding mix until smooth, fold in whipped topping until well incorporated.
Layer half of the wafer cookies on the bottom of a 8X8 pan.
Pour half of the pudding mixture over cookies and spread evenly.
Layer with strawberry slices.
Repeat steps with remaining ingredients.
Let cool in refrigerator for around 4 hours before eating.
