Skinny Brownie Baked Oatmeal
This delicious and easy lightened up brownie baked oatmeal is like a brownie in oatmeal form!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups Quick cooking rolled oats
1⁄2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1⁄2 tsp Baking powder
1⁄2 tsp Table salt
1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1⁄2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
2 cups Plain unsweetened almond milk
2 large Eggs
1⁄3 cup Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden(or calorie free sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 oz Lily's Milk Chocolate or Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, whisk until well combined.
Pour dry ingredients into wet mixture and mix in.
Spray a 9X9 baking dish with cooking spray and pour in oatmeal.
Top with chocolate chips and bake, uncovered, at 350F F for 40-45 minutes or until oatmeal is slightly browned on top and set in the middle.
