Sheet Pan Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Easy Sheet Pan banana chocolate chip pancakes. These pancakes use a mix and come together in minutes!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 1⁄2 cups dry mix Krusteaz Buttermilk protein pancake mix
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
4 large Eggs
3 medium ripe bananas (1 1⁄2 cup Mashed fresh banana)
1 cup Member's Mark Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄3 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
1⁄2 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
150 chip(s), 5 servings or 70 grams Lily's Milk chocolate style baking chips
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together pancake mix and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, mash up bananas well.
Add in remaining ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, and mix well.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Line a 13X18 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour batter on, smoothing out.
Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.
