These easy and delicious protein packed muffins are subtly sweet and savory and will keep you full until lunch! They taste like the McDonald's McGriddle sandwich but in muffin form and have a lot less calories and ww points!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground turkey sausage
3/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese (84g)
1 ½ cup protein pancake mix (I used Kodiak power cakes)
2 scoops protein powder(I used Isopure zero carb protein, vanilla)
1 cup almond milk
½ cup fat free Fage Greek yogurt
4 eggs
1/4 cup lakanto maple syrup
Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F°.
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, brown sausage.
Set aside and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, almond milk, Greek yogurt and syrup and whisk together.
Stir in pancake mix and protein powder.
Fold in the shredded cheese and cooled sausage.
Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Fill pan evenly.
Bake at 350 for about 20- 25 minutes, or until golden and set in the middle.
