3 Ingredient Pancake Mix Muffins
I tried out a WW Pinterest recipe for "Miracle Muffins" They only have 3 ingredients and are only 1 PT!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
3 medium Bananas
2 large Eggs
1⁄2 cup Aunt Maple's Protein pancake & waffle
Instructions:
Mash bananas and stir in beaten eggs.
Stir in pancake mix.
Evenly distribute the batter in prepared cupcake pan. Bake ate 350 for 22-25 minutes.
Enjoy!
