Skinny Spinach Dip
Easy Lightened up Spinach dip!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 1.4 oz packet of Knorr Recipe Mix, Vegetable
1 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise
2 cups Plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Uncooked scallions
10 oz Kroger Frozen Chopped Spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1⁄4 cup Uncooked bell pepper, chopped
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate for a few hours. Overnight is even better!
