Skinny Spinach Dip

Easy Lightened up Spinach dip!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1.4 oz packet of Knorr Recipe Mix, Vegetable

  • 1 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise

  • 2 cups Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp Uncooked scallions

  • 10 oz Kroger Frozen Chopped Spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry

  • 1⁄4 cup Uncooked bell pepper, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate for a few hours. Overnight is even better!

  2. Enjoy!
