Easy & Delicious Crab Pasta Salad

This easy pasta salad comes together in minutes and is a family favorite! I used imitation Crab, but real would be even better!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Small uncooked pasta shells

  • 1⁄4 cup Light mayonnaise

  • 3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp Mustard

  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 bunch of a medium bunch of scallion (green onion), chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice canned or bottled

  • 64 gm Great Value Sliced olives

  • 16 oz Kroger Crab Select Flake Style Imitation Crab Meat

  • 1⁄2 cup Uncooked celery

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 2 Hard boiled eggs, large

  • 1 tsp Minced garlic

  • 3 Tbsp Fresh parsley (1 tsp dried)

  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium sized pot, boil the pasta until it's al dente.

  2. Once Pasta is done, drain and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.

  3. In a large bowl combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, old bay seasoning and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

  4. Stir in veggies and olives.

  5. Add in chopped eggs, crab and pasta and fold in

  6. Cover the pasta, and refrigerate for several hours or even better, overnight!

  7. Enjoy!
