Copycat Panera Bread Strawberry Poppyseed Salad🍓
I made this lightened up copycat version of Panera's popular salad for my WW lunch prep. They are so easy to make and a lot less expensive than the restaurant, but very tasty!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
3 Cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced or chopped
3 Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
1/2 medium Pineapple, chopped
16 oz Strawberries, sliced 2 cups(pint)
Fresh blueberries
16 oz Canned unsweetened mandarin oranges, drained
1⁄4 cup Pecan Pieces
1 Tbsp Poppy seeds
12 tablespoons (6servings) Panera Bread Grocery Dressing, Poppyseed, Fat Free, Low Calorie, Low Sodium
Instructions:
Wash and chop romaine hearts.
Wash all fruit and chop pineapple, slice strawberries and drain mandarin oranges.
To assemble salads, divide the romaine evenly between your containers.
Top each salad with 1/2 of chicken breast that has been sliced or chopped up.
Top with the different fruits, divided evenly.
Sprinkle pecan pieces and poppyseeds on.
You can either add your serving size of dressing in containers to your salads or add when you eat it.
Enjoy!
