Quick and Easy Krab Stiry-fry
This is a really easy stir-fry that comes together in minutes, making it a great dinner for those busy nights!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
16 oz Flake style imitation crab meat
22 oz P.F. Chang's Home Menu Meals For 2 Chicken fried rice
24 oz Mixed vegetables (carrots corn green beans and peas)
1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook your veggies according to package.
In a large pot on medium high heat, sautee bell pepper, onion and garlic, pepper to taste.
I added in my rice mixture after a couple of minutes and cooked both together (covered) until veggies were softened and rice was heated through, about 6 minutes. **If you are using a microwaveable rice, microwave rice and cook the veggies alone until softened. Stir in rice after veggies are softened.**
Stir in soy sauce and chopped up Krab, lower heat to low and cook a few minutes until Krab is heated through.
Add in mixed veggies and stir well.
Enjoy!
