Quick and Easy Krab Stiry-fry

This is a really easy stir-fry that comes together in minutes, making it a great dinner for those busy nights!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Flake style imitation crab meat

  • 22 oz P.F. Chang's Home Menu Meals For 2 Chicken fried rice

  • 24 oz Mixed vegetables (carrots corn green beans and peas)

  • 1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 medium red onion, chopped

  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook your veggies according to package.

  2. In a large pot on medium high heat, sautee bell pepper, onion and garlic, pepper to taste.

  3. I added in my rice mixture after a couple of minutes and cooked both together (covered) until veggies were softened and rice was heated through, about 6 minutes. **If you are using a microwaveable rice, microwave rice and cook the veggies alone until softened. Stir in rice after veggies are softened.**

  4. Stir in soy sauce and chopped up Krab, lower heat to low and cook a few minutes until Krab is heated through.

  5. Add in mixed veggies and stir well.

  6. Enjoy!
