EASY Baked Pasta with Boursin Cheese- Lightened Up! 🍝🧀🍅VIRAL TikTok Recipe!
This skinny twist on the viral TikTok recipe for baked pasta is made with Boursin instead of Feta. It is a simple but delicious, one-pot, pasta recipe that comes together fast, making it perfect for a busy night!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 pints cherry tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 package Boursin cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼-½ cup reserved pasta water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
⅛ -¼ tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz whole grain pasta
3 cups fresh spinach (optional)
¼ cup fresh basil packed and chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to a baking dish and toss.
Place the block of boursin in the middle.
Bake for 30 minutes.
About halfway through the bake time, cook pasta according to package instructions to al dente. Drain but reserve around a cup of pasta water.
After the 30 minutes has past, increase the heat to 450F and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the boursin and tomatoes have browned.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and Add the basil and spinach and stir.
Use a fork to mash the tomatoes and Boursin together.
Now stir in the strained al dente pasta and toss.
Add ¼ cup pasta water, ¼ cup to start, and stir.
