Chicken Stuffing Bake
This easy and delicious chicken bake uses a stuffing mix to make this recipe have minimal ingredients and come together quick!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
6 oz Kroger Chicken flavored stuffing mix
10 1⁄2 fl oz Condensed Soup 98% Fat free cream of chicken
12 1⁄2 oz Birds Eye Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets
1 cup Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
1⁄2 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
3 cups Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast, chopped
cooking spray
Instructions:
Prepare the stuffing mix as directed on the package but leaving out the butter/oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together the soup and milk until well blended.
Add the chicken, broccoli and cheese, stir in.
Spay a 13X9 casserole dish with cooking spray and pour chicken mixture in.
Top with the prepared stuffing.
Bake at 375, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
