Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispy Treats
Lightened up Pumpkin spice twist on the rice krispy treat!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
6 cup Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal (or generic)
2 Tbsp light butter spread (I used Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt)
1/8 cup Canned pumpkin
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8 oz Mini marshmallows
Instructions:
In a large pan on low/medium heat, melt butter spread.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add in pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice and stir well.
Turn off heat and stir in rice krispies.
Press mixture into a prepared 13X9 pan and let cool before cutting.
Enjoy!
