Air Fryer Funnel Cakes | 2-Ingredient dough

I love the 2-ingredient dough and using it in recipes, so when I saw this recipe I had to try it out!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup White self-rising flour

  • 1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon, I would use 1 tsp next time!

  • Cooking spray, I used olive oil

  • 1 1⁄2 Tbsp Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon together until combined.

  2. Knead for a couple of minutes, adding more flour if necessary.

  3. Once kneaded, divide dough into 4 equal parts.

  4. Divide each 4th into 6 parts and roll into 8-10 inch ropes.

  5. Loosely pile the ropes into one pile.

  6. Repeat with other 3 parts of dough.

  7. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, I used a silicone mat instead.

  8. Spritz the tops with cooking spray, I used olive oil spray instead.

  9. Place in your preheated airy fryer at 375, cook for about 5 minutes.

  10. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake the funnel cakes at 375°F for 5 to 8 minutes.

  11. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  12. Enjoy!
