Air Fryer Funnel Cakes | 2-Ingredient dough
I love the 2-ingredient dough and using it in recipes, so when I saw this recipe I had to try it out!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 cup White self-rising flour
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon, I would use 1 tsp next time!
Cooking spray, I used olive oil
1 1⁄2 Tbsp Powdered sugar (confectioner's)
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix flour, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon together until combined.
Knead for a couple of minutes, adding more flour if necessary.
Once kneaded, divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Divide each 4th into 6 parts and roll into 8-10 inch ropes.
Loosely pile the ropes into one pile.
Repeat with other 3 parts of dough.
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, I used a silicone mat instead.
Spritz the tops with cooking spray, I used olive oil spray instead.
Place in your preheated airy fryer at 375, cook for about 5 minutes.
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake the funnel cakes at 375°F for 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
