💫HIGH PROTEIN💫 Triple Berry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bake🍓🫐🥣
This protein packed breakfast bake that uses cottage cheese is easy to make and comes together quickly!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese (I used 2% milkfat)
4 large eggs
½ cup lakanto golden with allulose
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder (I used Isopure vanilla zero carb)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups triple berry blend berries (fresh or frozen) Cooking spray

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a blender add all ingredients except for berries, and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into large bowl.
Fold in the berries.
Spray a 9×9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into your pan.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until browned and set in the center. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean. You can tent the top with foil If the top starts to get too browned before it's done.
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
